Due to new laws I need to make anyone aware that when clicking on to this site data is collected it is not used in any way other then this site owned by mistress Clare to track where traffic for her site is coming from

Agreement

On the Terms and conditions page if the agreed box is not sent there is a risk that point of contact might not be allowed  due to subjects entering this site and wishing to communicate need to be aware of all aspects of terms of agreements  and conditions

Information held

It is not passed on to any other organisation but if any breach she cannot be held responsible but will inform if data has been corrupted

Such data can be email if you use the auto email response and any private correspondence will be kept in a locked computer pass word protected and with security systems of outlook and private fire walls of Mistress Clare

Please be aware emails of any correspondence is kept for point of reference unless requested

IP address can be held for a period of time

The in built tracking in her tools system which allows info to be formulated will not be passed on to any groups or outside tracking other than her own systems

 

 

Content photographic

All content of photographic material is the property of mistress Clare  with permission held on her website only used with permission with subjects who appear in the photo all of the subject gave permission and also have the rights to have at any time pictures removed if requested

If agreeing to have pictures done subjects are of age appropriate and no use of underage graphics will ever be used or any photos will be used without consent and aware of purpose

All photos will be approved by subject

Storage of graphics are on a password protected service and held graphics and permissions held with Mistress Clare

All acts with in any graphics or pictures are with informed consent from adults that of age that consented before and approved after

 

 

Privicy

NO information will be used for purpose of any other site other then mistress clare and as such will kept within her own data systems by continuing to use the site you agree that her internal systems are allowed

 

 

 

YOUR RIGHTS

If any data collected is needed to be deleted you have the right to ask and to the best of her ability mistress Clare will remove from her data base system

Consent

To view pages on this site you must read the home page and be of legal age in whatever county you sign on from to not abide to the site rules you are in breach of use and could be banned from returning

Cpanel  a statement here is from the company I use and as you can see no personal data is  in breach as they have said  but are still working on it

How will cPanel comply with GDPR?

As of the end of January 2018, cPanel has completed a “data mapping” exercise designed to identify how cPanel collects, handles, and transfers European personal information that is subject to GDPR.  Based on this exercise, we have categorized data and are in the process of creating processes that will facilitate compliance with GDPR.  We have determined that:

• We do not collect or process “sensitive” data that is subject to GDPR.
• We do collect and/or process other personal information subject to GDPR.
• We store some personal information subject to GDPR for set periods of time.
• A small number of third parties may also process personal information subject to GDPR on our behalf.
• Data subject to the GDPR that is stored by us may be stored outside the U.S. and Europe.

To facilitate GDPR compliance we are strengthening our data segregation and access policies, our breach response plan, and relationships with vendors who may handle data on our behalf, or on behalf of our customers.

To further provide information to customers and third parties, we anticipate rolling out a revision of our privacy policy in late March.  Our revised privacy policy will:

• Provide detailed information about the types of data we collect or process
• Include the reasons for that collection or processing
• Set out the length of time we store the data
• Indicate whether the data is accessed by third parties on our behalf

We also anticipate becoming Privacy Shield certified by the implementation date of the GDPR.
